Development Plan

The Plymouth Centre for Young Parents continually strives to improve and evolve to meet the changing needs of our pupils and their children. We have grown from quite humble roots with a single room in a community centre in Honicknowle, Plymouth to a purpose built young parents centre in Whitleigh.

However, there is still a lot more change to come...

The Whitleigh school grounds are being redeveloped into a flagship educational campus and the Plymouth Centre for Young Parents will benefit from this. The campus will encompass a primary school, a secondary school, a special school, a Children's Centre, and a nursery, as well as a Youth Centre and PRU.

The campus aims to achieve an inclusive community celebrating opportunity for all. The Plymouth Centre for Young Parents is very much a part of that and there are exciting times ahead for everyone involved!
